Donna Diehl, 75, of Mitchell passed away peacefully at the Ritz Lutheran Villa, Mitchell on Sunday, October 23, 2016.
Beloved wife of the late Nelson Diehl (2002). Dear mother of David Diehl (Wendy), Doug Diehl (Brenda), Kathy Wierenga (Brian) and Rob Diehl (Kara). She will be missed by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Anna Miller (Bill), Mary Lou Bourne (David), Jack Elliott (Barb), Doris Bovey (Martin), Joan Robinson and Jim Elliott (Nancy). Dear sister-in-law of Lorraine Elliott and Norma Elliott. Lovingly remembered by the Diehl family and her nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents Lavern and Helen Elliott, brothers Roy and Bill Elliott and brother-in-law Wayne Robinson.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 from 6-9 p.m. and at Second St. John's Lutheran Church, Wartburg on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service 11:00 a.m. with Rev. William Kramer officiating. Interment in the church cemetery. Memorial donations to the LWMLC of Second St. John's Lutheran Church or charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
