Frank de Jong
Frank de Jong of Logan township passed away peacefully at the age of 75 at Stratford General Hospital on Friday, June 9, 2017. Born in Woudsend, The Netherlands on July 9, 1941.
Loved brother of Josephine Schoonderwoerd (Neil), Jack de Jong (Agnes), Jane Snyders (Joe), Joe de Jong (Linda), Robert de Jong (Marie), Peter de Jong (Judy) and Michael de Jong (Theresa). Lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents John and Susan de Jong, his brother Bert and Cindy de Jong (nee Patton) in 1974 and his sister-in-law Nora de Jong (nee Mulholland) in 1983. Also his two nephews Tyler de Jong and Robert de Jong Junior.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Monday June 12, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. where the Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 11 am., with Rev. Clare Coleman - celebrant. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Interment in St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery.
