LLOYD BAUER

Lloyd Bauer, 78, of RR5, Mitchell passed away at Clinton Public Hospital on Friday, September 1, 2017.

Dear brother of Helen Steffler of Midland and Ralph Bauer (Rosanne) of RR5, Mitchell. Loving uncle of Rodney Steffler (Jodi), Brenda Steffler (Manuel) and Bob Bauer (Beth). Loving great uncle of Jack, Mark and Derek Steffler, Laura and Rachel Zehr.

Predeceased by his parents Rudolph and Hulda Bauer and sister-in-law Judy Bauer.

Lloyd was a life long farmer in Logan Township and operated R & L Cattle Co. with his brother Ralph. He was an avid hunter and will be missed by "Old Thunder".

Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Brodhagen from 10-10:45 am followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Laura Sauder officiating. Interment in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.
